A divorce comes with a lot of emotions and stress. I feel very blessed to have selected Melanie to represent me. Melanie and her team were thoughtful, knowledgeable, and understanding. What impressed me the most was how Melanie was able to take my points, through my sometimes-emotional rants, and present them in a professional and thoughtful manner, without losing the meaning of what I was trying to convey. I retained Christopher Malinowski to represent me in a contested divorce upon a recommendation from a friend who also used Mr. Malinowski in a divorce situation similar to mine. By that point, I had worked with two other lawyers but was not satisfied with the progress on my case. Meanwhile, my spouse retained a very expensive and aggressive lawyer who advocated vigorously on his behalf from the beginning.
