Jenni Tynes is an Associate Attorney with Malinowski Hubbard, PLLC. Jenni’s practice is focused on all issues of family law, including separation agreements, equitable distribution, custody, visitation, child and spousal support, retirement orders, and post-divorce matters. She is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association, Loudoun Bar Association, and the Virginia State Bar.
Jenni earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. Prior to law school, Jenni worked in marketing for three years in Washington D.C. Jenni attended the University of Richmond School of Law, where she was President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and Articles Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology. While in law school, Jenni interned at the Office for the Attorney General of Virginia in the Division of Child Support Enforcement. She spent the summer after her first year of law school as an intern for the Honorable Stuart L. Williams, Jr. in Henrico Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. She also participated in the Jeanette Lipman Family Law Clinic where she provided legal services to families and children in the Richmond community. Jenni earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Children and the Law.
Since 2017, Jenni has participated in the Thomas D. Horne Leadership in the Law program for rising high school seniors. As part of the program, she accompanies the students to the United States Supreme Court and visits with lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
When she is not practicing law, Jenni enjoys traveling, cooking, cheering for the Virginia Cavaliers and Washington Nationals, and spending time with her family.
