Nicholas Malinowski has been a paralegal with the firm since October 2020. He previously served honorably in the United States Marine Corps where he was a legal specialist, gaining a broad knowledge of multiple aspects of the legal field while primarily stationed in Okinawa, Japan.
Nick has a significant role in ensuring all case management and administrative duties are completed. His responsibilities include drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence, filing documents with the court, organizing client files, and assisting with discovery and trial preparation. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies in May 2022 from the University of Maryland Global Campus and plans to attend law school.
