Lexi is a senior associate attorney with Malinowski Hubbard, PLLC. She received her Bachelor of Social Work from Southeastern University and Juris Doctor from Regent University. Following law school, she spent several years as a military spouse and stay-at-home mother before settling in the Northern Virginia area in 2019. Lexi enjoys helping clients navigate the emotional and legal challenges of family law matters and has extensive experience practicing in both Circuit Courts and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts in Virginia. Before joining Malinowski Hubbard, Lexi worked at firms in Fairfax County and Washington, DC handling cases in a variety of practice areas in addition to family law, including civil litigation, estate planning and administration, bankruptcy, consumer law, guardianships, education law, and immigration. Lexi is experienced in handling the particular issues that arise in cases involving military/civil servicemembers, very young children, foreign marriages, and family abuse. She is knowledgeable in working with survivors of domestic violence and provides trauma-informed advice and legal counsel to clients who have experienced abuse, whether it be physical, financial, psychological or otherwise. Family law holds a special place in Lexi’s heart and she considers herself privileged to be able to tailor her practice to this area.
